In this role, you’ll drive advisor support, coordinate key projects, improve internal operations, and help deliver a seamless, high-quality advisor experience.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and enjoys making an impact.What You’ll DoDeliver an Exceptional Advisor ExperienceServe as a trusted point of contact between advisors and internal teamsBuild strong relationships through responsive communication and consistent follow-throughAnticipate advisor needs and proactively provide updates, resources, and solutionsHelp create a high-touch, high-value experience with every interactionDrive Projects ForwardManage projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on trackCoordinate with multiple internal teams to remove roadblocks and keep momentum movingProvide clear updates, documentation, and reporting throughout each project lifecycleResolve advisor-related issues by partnering with internal teams and seeing solutions through to completionTrack priorities and progress using Salesforce and project management toolsSupport Communications & Marketing EffortsCoordinate the development and maintenance of advisor-facing collateral and materialsPartner with creative teams to ensure materials are accurate, polished, and delivered on timeAssist with advisor communications, updates, and messaging initiativesStrengthen OperationsProvide operational and administrative support to leadershipCoordinate calendars, meetings, and day-to-day prioritiesBuild and improve processes that create efficiency, consistency, and scalabilitySupport reporting, special projects, and strategic initiativesExperience You’ll Bring2–4 years of experience in operations, project management, account management, client service, or a related fieldA client-first mindset and passion for delivering excellent serviceStrong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at onceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong follow-throughProblem-solving ability with confidence navigating challengesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with othersAnalytical thinking and comfort working with data, deadlines, and detailsBonus PointsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldExperience in a client-facing or advisor support roleBackground in financial services, wealth management, or professional servicesWhat You’ll GetAmazing benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k (with matching options)Generous PTO package from your start dateAccess to an on-site café, gym and primary careContinuous personal and professional development opportunitiesRecognition for hard work & exemplary performanceEmployee sponsored events…and more!Who We AreAdvisors Excel is a fast paced, innovative company that seeks to service independent financial advisors in a multitude of areas within their business.
