Dishwasher/Cook
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This position involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and cooking basic dishes.
- Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are clean and sanitized.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas.
- Support kitchen staff in various tasks including bussing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with banquet or catering events.
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for customers.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus.
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant settings is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
