Join a small but ambitious team where your creativity shapes real brands and your work is actually seen.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a visually-driven and trend-savvy Instagram Content Creator Intern for a part-time, remote position. You will be responsible for managing and growing Cedar Creative Lab's Instagram presence, from concept to camera to publish.This role is perfect for someone who lives on Instagram, has a strong aesthetic eye, and knows what makes content stop the scroll.Responsibilities include:Develop and maintain a monthly Instagram content calendarBrainstorm and pitch creative campaign concepts aligned with brand strategyCreate and edit visual content including Reels, carousels, stories, and static postsShoot lifestyle and brand content as neededWrite engaging, on-brand captionsMonitor Instagram analytics and adjust content strategy based on performanceStay current on Instagram trends, audio, and algorithm updatesMaintain a consistent aesthetic and brand voice across all postsCompensation & DetailsUnpaid internshipAcademic credit strongly encouraged, we are happy to support the credit approval process with your institutionPortfolio of real brand work, formal letter of recommendation, and direct mentorship from the founderCommitment: ~20 hours per week for 3 monthsStrong potential to convert into a full-time, paid position for the right candidate as the agency growsQualificationsStrong aesthetic sensibility and eye for visual storytellingProficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, or similar editing toolsExperience with Canva or Adobe for graphic designActive Instagram user with deep understanding of Reels, stories, and trendsBasic photography or videography skills preferredAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote settingCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Design, or related field preferredAustin-based preferred
