Project Manager and Estimator

Job Description We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager And Estimator to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementationAllocate resources for assigned projectsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsNegotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsQualifications:Previous experience in construction management and electrical estimating ( 5 years minimum )Familiarity with construction management software and estimating systemsStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation and communication skillsDeadline and detail-orientedCompany DescriptionEstablished company in upstate. 40 years in business.
