Experienced Managers needed for multi-unit LA bar and restaurant group

About us: Barney's Beanery, the iconic restaurant group in Los Angeles is seeking managers to join our team. We have a high-energy dynamic workforce dedicated to providing great service to our customers. But they can't do it on their own, and we are looking for managers that love our environment and the fast-pace that comes with it. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all customer service and employees Organize shifts, deploying staff productively Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner, measured response and focused on a positive outcome for all involved. Supervise the bar, liquor and policies and procedures to ensure costs are kept in line with company standards Oversee guest services and resolve issues Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation Manage customer-facing and kitchen staff Assist staff with table service, organizing and planning the day to meet service and sales goals Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications: Minimum of three years full service restaurant management experience Minimum two years experience in a high-volume bar setting. Experience running a busy expo line. Fun, collaborative leadership Strong work ethic and attention to detail Great Organizational skills required Positive and determined attitude Real passion for exceeding the guests’ expectations Great decision-making capabilities, and ability to lead the team.
