Psychotherapist

Bloom Therapeutics is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated, compassionate Licensed Therapist (LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT) to join our team! Must be willing to work with children.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive intake assessments.Provide individualized therapy services tailored to each client’s needs.Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.Support administrative functions such as:Answering and returning phone callsParticipating in community engagement eventsAttending staff meetingsQualifications:- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field- Valid license or certification as a Psychotherapist including LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT. Associate licenses will be considered.- Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions-at least one year of experience is preferred.- Knowledge of ICD-9 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes- Familiarity with working with vulnerable populations- Strong clinical counseling skills and ability to provide effective therapy- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
