Preschool Training Teacher

River City Daycare Ministries is hiring a Senior Teacher Trainer for our preschool classrooms. Job Description: Minimum of 80% of time spent: Being the lead in your classroom and doing hands on training with new hires or teachers with training plans in place. You will be responsible to teach: Safety regulations Cleaning expectations Classroom management skills Teaching lesson plans Daily structure and schedule Behavior plans and Assessments Approximately 20% of the time: Help with site wide training hours needed for PTQ (Paths to Quality) Helping employees navigate acquiring their CDAs Developing and presenting trainings General requirements: Bachelors required Required experience with PTQ standards Lead teacher experience(minimum of 5 years) For Toddlers/Infant Teacher Trainer: Needs an ability to assess teacher's lesson plans and daily class schedule Will be a lead in a toddler classroom Should be able to train teachers on milestone assessments and observation binders Ability to train staff on safe sleep policies and procedures Hiring for Full-time, immediate hire.
