This is a hands-on role with strong growth potential. What You'll DoAssist with water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and drying Set and monitor equipment Document job progress with photos and notes Maintain clean, safe worksites Support Crew Chiefs and Project Managers as needed What You BringExperience in restoration, construction, or labor-intensive work Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift/move equipment Valid driver's license IICRC certifications a plus but not required
