This role requires speed, attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately, confirming plate presentation, verifying modifiers and allergies, and assisting in maintaining smooth service flow. You will work closely with the expo team, and support staff to ensure orders leave the window correctly and reach the right tables without delay. Food runners help maintain clean service areas, assist with stocking and resetting stations, and support overall floor efficiency during peak hours.This is a fast-moving, team-driven role designed to support both the kitchen and front-of-house teams. Food runners play a critical part in maintaining speed of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction during high-volume shifts.Successful food runners at Dead Freddies thrive under pressure, stay organized while moving quickly, and communicate clearly with teammates.
