This is done by following and teaching our policies and procedures, but also maintaining our top three priorities: guest service, food quality, and making it great! These may include managers from other stores or leadership in the company.Execute catering orders and online orders accuratelyEffective control of food and labor costsWork schedule to include day or opening shifts, night or closing shifts, and mid shiftsCultivate relationships with staff, guests, and fellow managementLead by positive example in all aspects of the jobDevelop and maintain a positive work environment and cultureUphold and enforce uniform policiesAdhere to all store security proceduresAdhere to all store safety proceduresComplete delivery orders from purveyors and check-in these orders to ensure accuracy and quality of products on assigned daysQUALIFICATIONS:Current food handler certificatesClean driving recordAbility to carry at least 50 lbs.Strong communication skills (English required, bilingual a plus)Strong interpersonal skillsAbility to stand for long periods of timeAbility to reach, bend, squat, and lift while on the shiftAble to multitask and organizeCompensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hourCabo Bob's is not just any burrito restaurant.
