Quick Service ManagerThe Quick Service Manager at Loveland Buick GMC will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the quick service department. This individual will ensure efficient and effective service delivery to customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the automotive industry located in Loveland, Colorado. The Quick Service Manager will receive a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $75,000 per year paid semi-monthly. In addition, this position is eligible for benefits including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, and paid time off.Responsibilities:Supervise and train quick service technicians to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasksSchedule and assign work to technicians according to their skill level and availabilityOversee the inventory management of supplies and parts in the quick service departmentMaintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environmentCoordinate with the service advisor to ensure timely and accurate completion of customer work ordersMonitor and maintain customer satisfaction ratings and address any customer concerns or complaintsCollaborate with the service manager to develop and implement process improvements for the quick service departmentAdhere to all safety procedures and company policiesStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the quick service departmentRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years of experience in a quick service or automotive technician roleStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service skillsProficient computer skills and experience with service management softwareValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be able to pass a background check and drug testEEOC Statement: Loveland Buick GMC is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive work environment for all employees.
