Customer Service RepresentativeA leading designer and manufacturer of low voltage electronics and power supplies.Job DescriptionThe ideal Customer Service Representative will be responsible for performing the below job functions including but not limited to:Accurately enter and process purchase orders in a timely mannerCorrespond with customers and internal and external company representatives on all matters related to the orderDiligently follow purchase orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that may delay timely processingPerform general office and clerical tasksOther related Customer Service/ Order Entry office duties as deemed necessaryQualifications-Prior experience entering purchase orders within a manufacturing setting/sales office environment-Ability to prioritize and multi-task-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Professional and pleasant phone manner to service incoming and outgoing calls-Proficiency in use of computers and related software-Excellent organizational and time management skills-Detail-oriented work ethic-Knowledge of SAGE100 preferred but not required.Additional InformationSchedule: Full-time (9am-5pm), Monday-FridayRate of pay: In compliance with the New York City salary transparency requirements, the hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour; which may be increased upon successful completion of the 90th day introductory period.We offer an excellent working environment, great benefits and on-site parking.We are an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer
