Sales Manager - Partnerships, Alliances, New Sales
Job Description: Lead and develop a team of sellers focused on partnership-led growth.
Own team quota attainment and revenue performance across business motions.
Build and scale partner-sourced pipeline within HVG firms.
Drive new logo pipeline and conversion within Core firms.
Coach sellers to position AI solutions as firm-level transformation drivers.
Monitor team activity through Salesforce and Gong for forecast accuracy.
Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sellers as the team scales.
Requirements: 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in legal tech or SaaS.
At least 2 years in sales management or team lead capacity.
Experience leading quota-carrying teams with a track record in new business acquisition.
Ability to influence without authority across territory owners and account teams.
Familiarity with mid-size law firm workflows preferred but not required.
Understanding of AI-driven legal solutions and document intelligence.
Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline management and performance tracking.
