Inside Sales Account Manager

As a privately held small business with a high-growth model, UER is looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to further our green mission. This position will contribute to the sales team by handling incoming sales calls and web leads as well as managing a book of business comprised of existing customers. As a part of the UER & MSI team, the Account Manager position will be tasked with the following: Responsibilities: Promptly responding to incoming sales phone calls Promptly responding to incoming web leads Referring larger sales leads to sales manager Managing service requests for existing customers Gathering contact information of potential customers through phone call lists Recording new contact information Sales Support Back up to Reception and Dispatch as needed Skills: Friendly customer service Strong communication skills Ability to engage customers Relationship building Providing an excellent customer experience Education and Experience: · High School Diploma · Bilingual English/Spanish a plus · All industry training provided Benefits: United Electronic Recycling offers a competitive total compensation package including medical and dental insurance as well as vacation and paid time off.
