Lead Product Designer (f/m/d)
What we doAt getquin, we’re on a mission to empower everyone to build wealth. Founded in 2020, we started with a simple idea: help people see their entire financial life in one place, so they can make more informed decisions. Today, getquin has grown into one of the largest wealth platforms globally, already helping over half a million users manage and grow their wealth. Our platform combines analytics, tools and community to make wealth-building accessible for everyone, not just the experts. After launching in Germany, we’ve started expanding across Europe, with a focus on growing our user base, building valuable new features and helping even more people take control of their financial future. If you're excited to help shape the future of personal wealth management, join us. We're just getting started.
What you’ll be doingYou’ve been a strong designer. You’ve led projects, maybe a small team. You’ve delivered great work—within someone else’s design vision. Now you’re ready to build your own. This is that role. We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to take ownership of design at getquin. You’ll define our design direction, establish how we do user research and validation, and do the hands‑on work of transforming our app into something users genuinely love. You’ll work directly with the CEO & product team to take a functional product and make it truly exceptional. This is a 0‑to‑1 design opportunity on two fronts: elevating & unifying our existing product AND shaping entirely new product areas as we expand into comprehensive wealth management. You won’t just inherit a design system and maintain it. You’ll evolve it— and define the UX for features that don’t even exist yet.
