Litigation Paralegal
Boutique style firm looking for litigation paralegal or attorney. Chinese Mandarin speaking desired since many of our clients are more comfortable with Chinese Mandarin. Attention to detail is a must! We have full-time, part-time, contract and of counsel (for attorneys) work available. If you have drive and passion for law, you will do very well here.
Responsibilities:
- Draft/update pleadings
- Draft/update discovery
- Draft/update answers
- Communicate efficiently with clients and opposing counsel
- Communicate efficiently with office staff
- Must meet all deadlines
- Attend hearings
- Attend depositions
- Attend mediations
- Attend client meetings
- Maintain his/her schedule
Qualifications:
- Team player

- Outstanding organizational skills

- Self-Starter
- Highly motivated
- Bilingual (huge plus)
- Detail Oriented
- Strong writing/proof-reading skills
Minimum of 3 year experience as a litigation attorney. Versatile attorney is a huge plus.
