Back of House positions include: breading table, chicken fryers, cold prep, working the line (reading the screens and preparing sandwiches ), making dough (breakfast), grill, dish. Usually our kitchen team members are cross-trained across the various Back of House stations. Our Back of House environment is very team oriented and extremely fast paced.General Responsibilities:Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standardsAssist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all timesKeep up to date with current promotions and new productsWork safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager on Duty or Kitchen SupervisorMaintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training to include annual re-certificationAlways adhere to all company policies and proceduresBe involved and contribute at team meetingsCarry out instructions given by the management team and operatorProtect the interest of the operator Requirements:Previous kitchen experience not required but preferred.Must be at least 18 years of age.
