Whether you’re just starting your career or have been in the financial services industry for decades, we would love to hear from you.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant who is dedicated to quality work.Responsibilities:Prepare and/or review returns for corporations, partnerships, or individuals; including federal, foreign, state and local tax returns, estimated payments, and extensionsIdentify and coordinate opportunities and strategies with clientsDevelop and manage client relationshipsProvide leadership and training to Tax Staff, as neededCommitted to learning and evolving your tax/business knowledge and skill setDevelop internal and external relationships that foster a culture of collaborationQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related area requiredAt least 3-5 years of tax preparation experience requiredCPA preferred or willingness and ability to obtain CPA license within a reasonable amount of timeAbility to work independently and be a team playerOrganizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work overtime during tax seasonExperience with Ultra Tax software preferred but not requiredAbility to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and take initiative on projectsGood verbal and written communication skillsExperience with Microsoft Excel and WordCompensation:$60,000 – $90,000 depending on experienceBenefits:Health InsurancePaid Time Off401k with employer match
