Our offering includes a leading portfolio from our trusted brands: Raychem, Tracer, Nuheat and Pyrotenax.What you will experience in this position:This position will be an integral member of the accounts payable department for North American operations.In this position, you will get to:Process and record vendor invoices accurately and timely (75% of responsibility).Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.Verify proper coding and approvals before posting transactions.Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with company policies.Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payments and invoices.Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.Support audits by providing documentation and explanations.Collaborate with payroll, finance, and other teams to streamline processes.You have:Academic background in:Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferredPrevious experience in or with:2-5 years of experience in accounts payableExperience with SAP strongly preferredExperience with Esker strongly preferredSkills/Abilities:Proficient with all Microsoft Office productsExceptional analytical and problem solving abilitiesAbility to work and interact with various departments throughout the organizationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExperience with automated AP systems and ERP platformsKnowledge of GAAP and internal controlsFamiliarity with 1099 processing and sales/use tax filingsAt Chemelex:We protect places of progress through electric excellence.Pioneering plants, sprawling data centers, busy transport hubs, and your own home.
