Human Resources Manager

Requirements- * Human Resources experience, including HR leadership experience * Experience leading HR for a larger workforce or multi-site organization * Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, HR compliance, performance management, recruiting, compensation, and benefits * Hands on payroll and HRIS experience * Bilingual English/Spanish verbal and written communication skills highly preferred * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Experience: * Human resources: 7 years (Required) * Leadership: 3 years (Required) Language: * Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person
