This role is designed to equip you with the essential knowledge, skills, and experience to excel in various aspects of our operations and prepare you for a leadership role within the company.Successful performance during the program could lead to a permanent position with Bybit!Product Manager TraineeProduct Strategy: Assist in developing and executing the product roadmap based on market research and user needs.Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Feature Prioritization: Help prioritize features and product enhancements based on user feedback and business goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance metrics and help identify areas for improvement.Marketing Operations Specialist TraineeGrowth management: Drives user growth and revenue targetCampaign management: Design campaign mechanism and promotionData analysis and go-to-market planning: tracking business performance data and defining business strategyCross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and sales departments to facilitate marketing operations and ensure cohesive campaign execution.Web3 Broadcaster TraineeCommunity Engagement: Help manage and engage with the Web3 community through various channels such as social media, forums, and events.Broadcasting: Support live broadcasts, webinars, or other live events focused on Web3 topics.Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Web3 space and integrate this knowledge into content.Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from the community to improve content and engagement strategies.Requirements: Graduated from a QS 2024 Top 200 university.Fluent in English, Mandarin is preferred.Bachelor's degree, master's degree is preferred.Strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain industries.High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.Self-driven learning attitude and critical thinking abilities.Willingness to accept international assignments.Strong stress management skills.About Bybit:Established in March 2018, Bybit is one of the fastest growing cryptocurrency derivatives exchanges, with more than 40 million registered users.
