We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Coordinate and schedule high-volume, complex interviews across multiple time zones, including travel and accommodations when needed• Serve as a host for onsite candidates, ensuring a smooth and welcoming interview experience• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class candidate journey• Maintain data accuracy and integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)• Support the talent acquisition team in a fast-paced, global environmentWhat You'll Need• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience• 2-3 years of experience in a recruiting or HR coordination role• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy• A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional serviceWhat's On Offer• Competitive hourly rate of $38 - $40 per hour• 12+ month contract with potential for extension• Opportunity to work with a Fortune 500 semiconductor company• Gain valuable experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic organizationApply via Haystack today!
