Apply Today!Job Summary and QualificationsThe Activity Assistant position reports directly to the Clinical Director and is responsible for implementing general recreation activities with direction/assistance from the Activity therapist. Assists with Activity Therapy groups and activities both on and off the acute unit. Good starting point for a licensed activity therapist.What qualifications you will need:High School DiplomaDegree or coursework in music, art or recreation preferredMinimum one (1) year experience working with psychiatric, physical rehabilitation or medical patientsPreferred previous recreation experience with an emphasis on groupsCPI certification within 30 days of hireSouthern Hills Hospital is a 260+ bed acute care hospital.
