Seeking a fellowship trained, BC/BE Orthopedic Total Reconstruction/Joint Surgeon to join dynamic team--In addition to building their subspecialty practice, the incoming surgeon will be required to provide occasional general orthopedic call coverage at a Level 3 hospital--The current orthopedic group, composed of 8 physicians (1 joint replacement surgeon) and 7 APPs, is expanding to meet volume challenges and to cover additional hospital and outpatient locations within the region--Our new surgeons build subspecialty practice volume quickly due to a large referral base--Candidates must have completed both an Orthopedic Surgery Residency and an Adult Reconstruction Fellowship--Benefit Highlights: Competitive compensation package with salary and bonus opportunities, Sign on bonus & relocation package, Paid time off for vacation and CME, Comprehensive malpractice insurance and tail coverage, Retirement savings plans: 403(b) with match and 457(b), Short term/long term disability - Educational grants and assistance, Strong APP support based on a one-on-one team model
