Duties

Provide patient education on eye health, contact lens usage, and proper eye care practices.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient visits.
Collaborate with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Utilize aseptic techniques during procedures to ensure patient safety.
Stay updated on advancements in optometry practices and technologies.
Skills
Strong knowledge of physiology related to the visual system.
Proficient in patient care practices with a focus on comfort and understanding.
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to optometry and ophthalmology.
Experience with optical systems and equipment used in eye examinations.
Understanding of medical coding for accurate billing processes.
