Cafe Barista: Front of House Team Member

We are looking for cafe baristas to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and light food fare while providing an excellent customer experience. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and some previous barista experience. Baristas are the face of the organization and will be experts in both Matcha Magic products and customer experience guidelines. About the Job: Assisting customers through the ordering process while delivering exceptional customer service Prepare beverages and light food fare according to Matcha Magic standards and recipes Checking Inventory level of bar and kitchen goods and supplies Being a leader in driving store revenue by promoting a friendly enjoyable atmosphere Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs Maintaining a clean restaurant Execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and equipment maintenance guidelines Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items About You: You are Customer Service focused and have a positive and friendly attitude You are energetic and passionate about advancing your career You work well under pressure and thrive in a fast paced environment You have strong decision making and problem solving skills You are a good listener with strong communication skills You love to work in a team oriented environment Your exceptional service will build new and repeat business You always strive to improve yourself and can accept constructive criticism You are a problem solver and always have a positive outlook!
