Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design and develop scalable AI agents and multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python or C# and agentic frameworks, enabling them to build robust AI solutions. You will be responsible for integrating AI agents with enterprise systems and databases, ensuring real-world functionality and data retrieval. Your role will involve prompt engineering and evaluation, deploying agents using cloud platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective AI solutions. Staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning will be crucial for innovation in this role.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable AI agents and multi-agent systems using Python or C# and agentic frameworks.Integrate AI agents with internal enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and knowledge bases.Design effective prompts, system messages, and guardrails to manage agent behavior.Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics to monitor agent performance and accuracy.Deploy agents to production environments using cloud platforms and MLOps practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into AI solutions.Stay current with advancements in AI agents and machine learning to recommend new tools and methodologies.Essential SkillsExpert-level proficiency in Python or C# with experience in related libraries and frameworks.Deep understanding of Large Language Models, natural language processing, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.Strong software engineering fundamentals, including experience with APIs, microservices, and version control.Hands-on experience with major cloud computing platforms for deploying and scaling AI solutions.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to debug and optimize complex AI systems.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience building agents or conversational AI applications using specific tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio.Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration patterns and frameworks.Knowledge of data governance, privacy practices, and Responsible AI principles.Work EnvironmentThis role involves working in a collaborative environment where innovation and teamwork are key. You will utilize cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, and employ MLOps practices including Docker and Kubernetes.
