Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Premier Periodontics Kirkland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk, while providing exceptional customer service to our patients. You will be the first point of contact for patients, and will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and attention, from the moment they walk through our doors. Our team is fun and energetic. We foster an environment of growth and development, where your talents can shine and be rewarded.Minimum Qualifications:Demonstrate effective communication and telephone etiquettePossess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work well in a team environmentHave a thorough understanding of dental terminology and scheduling appointmentsExperience with insurance verificationProficient in the use of EMR systems1 year minimum experience with treatment plan presentation and collecting patient balancesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Insurance Billing and ARBilingual in English and SpanishResponsibilities:Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer phones and schedule appointments using our EMR systemVerify insurance coverage and explain billing and collections proceduresMaintain accurate and up-to-date dental records and documentationManage the email correspondence and process new referrals from our referral partnersCoordinate with the clinical staff and doctors to provide same day treatment opportunitiesMaintain a full schedule, utilizing software tools to follow up and reappoint patientsAssist the office manager with other administrative tasks as neededSkills:As a Treatment Coordinator, you will use your leadership qualities and effective communication skills to manage the front desk and ensure that patients receive the highest level of care. You will use your knowledge of dental terminology and scheduling appointments to assist patients with their needs. Your proficiency in EMR systems will allow you to efficiently schedule appointments and maintain accurate records. Additionally, your experience with insurance verification and billing and collections procedures will be essential in ensuring that we can operate successfully and patients receive the care they need.
