You might be a graphic designer, social media manager, or writer by trade, but what matters most is that you’re eager to grow in all areas of marketing.You thrive on collaboration and feedback, but you’re also confident taking initiative and running with a project. You’re tech-savvy, adaptable, and curious about new tools, trends, and strategies. And because we operate in the highly regulated financial industry, you understand the importance of accuracy, compliance, and consistency in every piece of communication.Above all, you’re motivated by purpose. You want your work to have impact—to strengthen client relationships, grow a respected brand, and help people feel confident about their future.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)1–3 years of experience in marketing, design, or communicationsProficiency in graphic and digital tools (WordPress, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe; video and UX experience a plus)Strong writing and grammar skills (sales/marketing copywriting a plus)Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detailFamiliarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and basic analyticsExperience working cross-functionally and building positive team relationshipsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate feedback and collaborationWhat You Will Do: Content Creation & ManagementCreate graphics, charts, and copy for social media, emails, print, events, presentation decks, and website.Draft and/or proofread content such as articles and blogs.Help design and prepare client-facing materials such as investment updates, brochures, and pitch decks.Assist with the ideation and distribution of branded materials.Help coordinate compliance reviews for all marketing content to meet financial industry regulations.Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels.Digital Marketing & Social MediaSchedule and post content on social media or other relevant platforms.Monitor engagement metrics and coordinate responses to basic inquiries online.Manage engagements such as messages and comments on both the firm’s and the CEO’s social media platforms and provide regular reports.Update the firm’s website with new content, event information, or market insights.Assist with digital ad campaigns or sponsored postsEvent Planning & Client EngagementAssist in the organization of client appreciation events, webinars, and seminars.Manage RSVP lists, event logistics, and follow-up communications.Coordinate with vendors and venues.Assist with ideation and distribution of branded materials.Ideate custom gifts that clients, partners, and employees love.Marketing Analytics & ReportingHelp track campaign performance (email open rates, social engagement, website traffic, event leads, referrals, and more).Help compile monthly or quarterly marketing performance reports for leadership.Help identify opportunities to improve lead generation and client retention.Administrative & Cross-Team SupportAssist with calendaring and deadlines, coordinating team content review processes and ensuring approval for all public materials.Coordinate with operations to keep leads lists, CRM databases, and email distribution lists up to date.Coordinate with advisors and operations teams to align marketing with client service priorities.Ensure compliance submission and approval for all public materials.Participate in quarterly firm-wide planning sessions and assigned company prioritiesParticipate in and provide follow-up notes and action items for team meetings
