This individual will act as the central liaison between Sales, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless communication, on-time delivery, and optimal resource utilization as the company continues to grow.This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong organizational skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to proactively manage moving priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and adjust production schedules across all departmentsCoordinate closely with Sales, Production, and Supply Chain teams to align demand, capacity, and materialsMonitor workflow to ensure deadlines are met and identify potential bottlenecksCommunicate schedule updates, delays, and risk factors proactivelyCollaborate with leadership to improve scheduling efficiency and process flowSupport continuous improvement efforts related to production planning and resource optimizationEnsure alignment between customer requirements and internal manufacturing capabilitiesQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in scheduling within a similar manufacturing environmentIndustry experience is required (wire harnesses, cable assemblies, electrical enclosures, control panels, or related manufacturing)Strong understanding of production flow and manufacturing processesExperience working cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, and production teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailIdeal Candidate ProfileComes from a direct competitor or similar contract manufacturing environmentUnderstands the complexities of wire, cable, harness, sheet metal, or enclosure productionProactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable driving coordination across departmentsReady to step into a growing organization where collaboration and accountability matterThis role offers the opportunity to be at the center of operations in a growing manufacturing environment where your coordination and planning skills will directly impact customer satisfaction and company performance.
