This is not a traditional sales role. It is a market-facing position responsible for influencing projects early, navigating complexity, and carrying opportunities from concept through realization.You will operate at the intersection of design, construction, and manufacturing. Build and influence relationships with landscape architects, architects, owners, and contractorsPosition Forms+Surfaces solutions early in the design process to shape specificationsNavigate projects through bidding, value engineering, and executionPartner internally with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure successful deliveryDevelop a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and identify strategic opportunitiesWe are less focused on a specific background and more interested in how you think and operate.You may come from: Architectural or landscape designConstruction or project managementArchitectural product or systems salesWhat matters most: Ability to understand and communicate technical, design-driven solutionsExperience working within the A&D and construction ecosystemStrong instincts around how projects move from concept to completionCapability to build trust and long-term relationships across multiple stakeholdersComfort operating in a fast-paced, self-directed environmentOur work is embedded throughout the New England market, shaping environments across workplace, civic, academic, and mixed-use developments.
