Job Title: Sr. Program Control AnalystLocation: Huntsville, ALCanvas is seeking a Senior Program Control Analyst to support our corporate office. We are recognized by our customers and industry partners for our ethical standards, world-class technical expertise, and dedication to accomplishing the mission in a responsive, efficient, and affordable manner.Duties Managing complex contracts with multiple line items, funding streams, and subcontractorsResponsible for the set-up and maintenance of billable contracts in the Canvas accounting system (Deltek Costpoint) to ensure consistency with the contracts and support of the Program Management's contract performance reporting requirementsSupport the development of plans, budgets, and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for multiple contracts with a variety of contract types, such as FFP, CPFF, CPFF LOE, T&M, as well as hybridsFollow established financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirementsMonitor progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are metParticipate in monthly Program Management ReviewsProduce monthly Financial Reporting slides and assist the Program Manager in briefing to the leadership team,Produce cost reports and CDRLs to distribute to customers & internal management based on contractual deadlinesConduct variance analysis of actuals vs baselineCalculate and process invoices in Deltek CostpointReview and validate contract revenueGenerate reports of revenue, profit, and direct labor projections by contractInitiate funding alerts to the contracts administrator for all contracts assignedAllocate subcontractor funding and assist in the preparation of subcontractor funding modifications and associated purchase requisitionsReview of subcontractor/vendor invoices for accuracyWork closely with contract administrators to review all new contracts and contract modificationsAssist in the investigations and resolution of AR invoice issuesAssist in the pricing of labor, travel, and materials for various types of contracts and proposalsFollow a closeout process to close out contracts when they are complete and after audit.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalentMinimum of five years of program control/financial analyst experience in federal government contracting, specifically with complex CPFF contractsStrong aptitude for using & enhancing Microsoft Excel spreadsheetsExcellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong commitment to customer service, and ability to plan and manage multiple tasksExperience using Deltek Costpoint to include Billing, Invoicing, Project Setup, Project Reporting, Business Intelligence, desiredExperience with U.S. Air Force EPASS contracts is strongly desired.
