This mutual love for travel helps us ensure that our clients have the best possible experience at every step of the journey!Role Flight Booking CoordinatorRequested Schedule Preference for non‐standard working hoursQualificationsMust have recent experience with SabreAdvanced knowledge of the travel industry and flight booking processesHighly proficient in Sabre and capable of working quickly within the programAbility to do exchanges and refunds in SabreMinimum of 5 years experience working in SabreInitial ResponsibilitiesMake flight bookings in Sabre for the Luminary teamEdit and cancel/void flight bookings within SabreManage and coordinate debit memos and other issues on flight bookings with airline vendors via our host agency partner with SabreUpload and maintain the accuracy of invoice data as related to the accounting systemsLiaise with partners and travel vendors such as hotels, airlines and tour operators on behalf of both clients and the company, working to ensure outstanding invoices are paidMake bookings on behalf of clients as part of the general travel planning processAssist with the planning and completing of travel itinerariesResearch hotel rates and options as part of the itinerary building processCross‐check/reconfirm client itineraries with vendors and partners to ensure they are accurateEnter information into (and ensure the accuracy of) the travel itineraries of our clients in the Axus itinerary building systemEnter information into (and ensure the accuracy of) the sales/travel data in the Salesforce CRM#J-18808-Ljbffr
