Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. You'll engage with children as part of an Early Interventionist Team, providing hands-on therapy to help students achieve crucial developmental milestones during the 2026/2027 academic year.What you bring:Current, active Louisiana OT or COTA licensePrevious experience in school-based occupational therapy (especially with early childhood or preschool populations)Ability to work well both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamDedicated and flexible approach, adapting to the changing needs of young studentsExcellent communication and documentation skillsKey responsibilities:Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to students ages 3–4Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans tailored to student needsCollaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to maximize student progressMaintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and interventionsParticipate in team meetings and contribute to holistic care strategiesIf working as a COTA, receive supervision as required and work collaboratively with supervising OTEnjoy a part-time schedule of approximately 4 hours per day, 4 days a week during the school year.
