What's In Store For You: Opportunity to lead hands-on Agile transformation efforts in a high-impact environment Direct visibility and partnership with program leadership and transformation stakeholders Potential for long-term engagement and contract-to-hire conversion How You Will Make An Impact: Drive Agile transformation across teams with varying levels of maturity and adoption Own and facilitate Scrum ceremonies with clear structure, purpose, and accountability Enforce Agile best practices and improve team discipline and engagement Lead efforts to standardize delivery processes, including JIRA structure and governance Partner with leadership and Agile teams to improve delivery predictability and performance Identify gaps in current processes and implement scalable solutions Support delivery tracking, reporting, and Agile metrics adoption (burndown, velocity, etc.) Influence teams and stakeholders to adopt and sustain Agile practices Are you a proven Agile transformation leader who can drive change in complex environments? 7–10+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles, including Scrum Master leadership Proven experience driving Agile transformation in low-maturity or resistant environments Strong ability to enforce structure, accountability, and ceremony discipline Hands-on experience with JIRA (hygiene, structure, governance, migration) Ability to influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership presence Experience working in financial services, ideally middle/back office environments Understanding of technical concepts (APIs, integrations, infrastructure discussions) Exposure to Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe Familiarity with delivery metrics, reporting, and dashboards Exposure to Project Management concepts and ability to grow into hybrid responsibilities Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required; SAFe and PMP preferred To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and qualifications. ------- About us: Axiom Path is a global solutions provider leveraging AI and pre-built analytics to deliver exceptional services across various domains.
