We do things differently. We are a private-pay-only practice. That means less red tape, more freedom, and a much happier you. No more authorizations, no more billing codes, and no more "denied" claims for the services your kids actually need. Full Pay for No-Shows: Your time is valuable. If a family cancels last minute or isn't home when you arrive, you still get paid in full. Period. Minimal Paperwork: Because we don't answer to big insurance, our documentation is streamlined and focused on clinical progress, not bureaucratic checkboxes. What You’ll Be Doing: Play with Purpose: Turning everyday household items and favorite toys into powerful communication tools. Empowering Parents: Teaching moms and dads the "secret sauce" of language stimulation so they can help their little ones thrive between visits. Goal Smashing: Conducting evaluations and creating personalized plans that make sense for West Valley families. Staying Connected: Using our easy documentation system to keep track of all those "aha!" moments. Who You Are: You have your Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology Feeding experience not required but an extra bonus! You hold (or are ready to get) an AZ Speech-Language Pathologist License and a Fingerprint Clearance Card. You’re a "people person" who can make a toddler laugh and a parent feel heard within five minutes of walking through the door. You have a reliable set of wheels and a playlist ready for those West Valley drives. The Good Stuff: Competitive Pay: Great rates that respect your expertise.
