Backend DeveloperJob SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Backend Developer to join our engineering team. The candidate will work on backend services, REST APIs, databases, integrations, and application functionality.This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, interns, bootcamp graduates, or junior developers with hands-on experience through academic, internship, or personal projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend applications and services.Build and integrate RESTful APIs.Write clean, scalable, and maintainable backend code.Work with databases and develop efficient queries.Implement business logic and application functionality.Integrate third-party APIs and external services.Debug application issues and troubleshoot backend problems.Write unit and integration tests.Participate in code reviews and follow development standards.Use Git/GitHub for version control.Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and senior developers.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.Document APIs, technical changes, and development processes.Assist with deployment and troubleshooting of applications.Required Skills0–2 years of backend development experience or equivalent project/internship experience.Strong knowledge of at least one backend programming language, such as:Java,Python,Node.js,C#,Go.Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Familiarity with Git and GitHub.Understanding of HTTP, authentication, and API concepts.Basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork skills.
