Job Summary Boat Sales and management of clients. PREFERRED ALREADY A NOTARY PUBLIC WITH PA. We sell top boat brands in the western PA region. SEEKING BOAT SALES (BOAT SALES, OUTBOARD SALES)(IN HOUSE NOTARY) SERVICE. We have a position for a combination of FISHING boat and PONTOON boat sales coupled with a IN HOUSE notary service for our direct sales and walk ins looking for registrations for boats. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in both B2B and retail sales environments, demonstrating a strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. This role involves outside sales responsibilities, where you will manage your territory effectively while showcasing our products through engaging demonstrations. A successful Sales representative will be adept at negotiating deals that benefit both the company and our clients. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within your assigned territory. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and customer needs. Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Negotiate contracts and close sales with a focus on achieving targets. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. Provide feedback on product performance and customer satisfaction to inform future development. Skills Proven experience in B2B sales, retail sales, or technical sales is preferred. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer behavior. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Experience in territory management to maximize sales potential. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with customers. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to build rapport with clients. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of managing time effectively.
