Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager located in the San Diego Metropolitan Area. The Program Manager will oversee the daily operations and management of program services, coordinate staff activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and monitor client progress. Additional responsibilities include maintaining effective communication with team members and stakeholders, overseeing the development and implementation of individual support plans, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skillsExperience in program development, coordination, and implementationProficiency in communication, problem-solving, and decision-makingKnowledge of compliance standards and regulations for supported living environmentsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with the needs and services for individuals in independent and supported living services is a plusBachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Management, or a related field preferredExperience with budgeting, reporting, and administrative tasks is highly desirable
