We’re growing quickly and looking for a high-output Creator Partnerships Coordinator to help scale our creator pipeline and support campaign execution.About the RoleThis role is the operational backbone of our creator partnerships team. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline of creators, as well as supporting outreach, onboarding, and day-to-day execution across campaigns.You’ll work directly with Creator Partnerships Managers to ensure creators are activated quickly, supported effectively, and set up to perform. This is a high-output, fast-paced role ideal for someone who wants to build deep experience in the creator economy and grow into a Creator Partnerships Manager over time.What You'll DoSource and identify creators aligned with active campaigns and target nichesExecute high-volume outreach via email, Instagram, and other channelsManage follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with creator leadsQualify creators based on brand fit, audience, and performance potentialSupport creator onboarding, including tracking links, briefs, and campaign setupMonitor creator activity and flag performance trends or issuesAssist with reporting, payouts, and campaign optimizationMaintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and creator statusWhat We're Looking ForSome experience working in the influencer, performance, or affiliate marketing spaceExperience coordinating projects in a fast-paced environmentComfortable in a startup setting and helping shape how things get doneStrong familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), the creator economy, and trendsStrong written and verbal communication skills, especially for outreach and follow-upsOrganized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and materialsResourceful and proactive team player who values collaboration and can work independently in a fast-moving environmentGenuinely interested in working directly with creatorsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceNice to HavePerfectionist who takes pride in producing precise, polished, and error-free workExperience with outreach tools, CRMs, or tracking systemsStrong proficiency with contracts, spreadsheets, and data trackingScrappy hustler mentality that's action-oriented and problem-solvingSocial chameleon who can adapt to different creator personalities and knows when to be hands-on vs. hands-offExcels at handling difficult conversations in adverse or competitive situationsPreferably based in NYC or FLCompensation$50,000 – $60,000 base salary + uncapped performance-based commission. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including (but not limited to) location, experience, and performance.
