Regulatory Counsel

A company is looking for a Director and Senior Counsel, Regulation and Markets. Key Responsibilities Drive the rule filing process, including drafting and submitting filings to the SEC Oversee and mentor junior attorneys in the rule filing process Advise business and product development personnel on regulatory matters and the LTSE Rulebook Required Qualifications JD degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience at the SEC, an exchange/SRO, or a law firm Proven experience with the 19b-4 filing process and rule drafting Exceptional organizational skills, adaptable to a fast-paced start-up culture Experience in regulatory and industry meetings Ability to research and interpret complex SEC and SRO rules and regulations
