Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred. Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with licensed Physical Therapists.
