This role encompasses the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for those assigned patients, aiming to design functional treatment programs that facilitate effective return to community activities.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nConduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients using clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.\nDocument medical records in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, adhering to state, federal, and clinic guidelines.\nEnsure care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval.\nParticipate in the student program as assigned, providing a positive learning environment and appropriate supervision.\nDevelop an individualized professional development plan, pursuing ongoing education and applying learned information to meet strategic organizational objectives.\nMaintain professional licensure in good standing and comply with continuing education requirements.\nUnderstand the organization's performance improvement methodology to enhance service quality.\n\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n\nDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.\n1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.\nCPR Certification.\nActive applicable license in the state where work will be performed.\n\n\nSchedule\nThis is a 5x8 hour shift position, starting on April 6, 2026.
