UI/UX Designer - Global Payments and Compliance (Only USC or GC)

Job Title: UI/UX Designer - Global Payments and ComplianceLocation: Redmond WA – Onsite Employment Type: ContractCore Skills:• Ecommerce UX: Experience designing checkout and transactional flows with a focus on conversion and usability.• Design Systems & Frameworks: Strong grasp of Microsoft Fluent UI, with working knowledge of React, Angular, and other modern front-end frameworks and UX patterns.• Accessibility: Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 and accessibility best practices; able to design inclusive, compliant experiences.• Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management. Familiarity with tools like Miro, Adobe, or similar is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience applying Microsoft UX design standards across web and mobile platforms.• Ability to collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces.• Familiarity with enterprise-scale design challenges, including responsive design, localization, and performance constraints.
