Single highly respected physician orthopedic practice.Assists with the local University?s orthopedic cases.Interested in finding a General Orthopedist who can help with his practice and Sports Med clinic.Work hours would be typical daytime coverage with negotiable practice call.Willing to discuss path to partnership.Hospital unattached call is 1:8 with potential to go to 1:10.Physicians must be board certified or board eligible to be considered.Physician will be employee of the physician?s practice.Salary will be negotiated with physician but will mostly likely be around the MGMA 50%.Moving expenses will be reimbursed up to a designated amount.Hospital may also provide a forgivable loan for highly qualified candidates.Loan is forgiven after 2 years and is reported on the W2 at the end of the 2 years.If the physician leaves before completing two years, he/she must pay it all back - Not pro-rated.
