This internship provides hands-on experience working with modern data platforms, visualization tools, and large datasets to develop meaningful insights that support public service initiatives across Nebraska. Location: Onsite in Lincoln, NE Application Review: June 1st, 2026 Application Deadline: June 26th, 2026 Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support organizational decision-makingWork with data consumers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand business rules and context behind available dataAssist in validating data quality, accuracy, and completeness across multiple datasetsSupport the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using data visualization toolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that meet business needsMonitor and troubleshoot issues in reports or dashboardsParticipate in Agile or project-based activities such as team stand-ups and sprint reviewsAssist with compiling and presenting findings in a clear and meaningful way for stakeholders Requirements / Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university (two-to-four-year institution) OR recently graduated (within one year) from an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university (two-to-four-year institution).
