This role involves managing schedules, handling communications, maintaining records, and assisting staff with administrative tasks to support daily business activities. This is an hourly, in office position, Monday - Friday, 7:30-4:30pm with an hour for lunch daily.Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedulingHandle incoming calls, emails, and correspondenceGather documents and compliance information for job labor boardsSchedule and document training coursesCoordinate meetings and take minutesGreet and assist visitorsPerform general office dutiesOther administrative duties as neededPosition RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentAdministrative or clerical experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAttention to detail and discretionPreferred QualificationsBilingualExperience supporting teams Familiarity with office management toolsEqual Opportunity EmployerE.R.
