Your job is to step in, bring clarity to the process, and guide them confidently from their first question to a booked move.This is not an order-taking role. You are responsible for owning the conversation, building trust, and closing the job. You’ll be working with high-quality inbound leads while managing your pipeline to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.Compensation Base + commission structure Expected earnings: $40K–$70K+ depending on performance Uncapped earning potential Additional incentives for close rate, follow-up consistency, and customer experience Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Lead Conversion Respond quickly to all inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries Build trust early and guide customers through the quoting process Gather accurate inventory and move details to create complete estimates Clearly present pricing and confidently ask for the booking on every opportunity Outbound Follow-Up & Pipeline Management Execute a consistent follow-up cadence for every unbooked lead Re-engage past estimates and keep opportunities moving forward Maintain a clean, organized pipeline in the CRM at all times Proactively reach out to warm leads to drive bookings Sales Performance & Closing Own the outcome of every lead from first contact to close Consistently hit or exceed monthly revenue and close rate targets Handle objections with confidence and clarity Create urgency and guide customers toward a decision Protect pricing and margins while maintaining a strong close rate Follow up persistently until you get a clear yes or no Customer Experience Deliver a friendly, professional, and on-brand experience every time Help coordinate MLS box distribution and customer surprise boxes Look for small ways to go above and beyond for customers Success Metrics Close rate (%) Revenue booked per month Speed to lead response time Follow-up consistency CRM cleanliness and pipeline accuracy Compensation Base + commission structure Expected earnings: $40,000 – $70,000+ depending on performance Uncapped earning potential Additional incentives tied to close rate, follow-up consistency, and customer experience Who This Role Is ForThis role is for someone who enjoys talking to people, stays organized, and takes pride in helping customers through an important moment.
