We are seeking a PA, NP, or RN with 3+ years of hands-on aesthetic experience who brings both technical precision and strong clinical judgment.You’ll work alongside board-certified plastic surgeons and dermatologists, contributing to a standard of excellence across every consultation, treatment, and patient interaction.The right candidate:Prioritizes natural, long-term outcomesBuilds lasting patient relationshipsExercises conservative, safety-first clinical judgmentThrives in a collaborative, high-performance environmentCore ResponsibilitiesInjectable Treatments & Clinical ServicesPerform neurotoxin injections (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify) with consistent, natural resultsAdminister dermal fillers (HA, biostimulators, and other FDA-approved products)Perform advanced treatments including lip augmentation, tear trough, jawline/chin contouring, and midface volumizationAdminister PRF/PRP, Sculptra, Radiesse, Kybella, and other advanced injectables (as credentialed)Stay current on evolving techniques and products in partnership with Medical DirectorExercise sound judgment in identifying contraindications and declining treatment when appropriatePatient Consultation & Treatment PlanningConduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plansSet clear, realistic expectations focused on natural, proportionate outcomesCapture consistent, high-quality pre/post treatment photographyEducate patients on treatment plans, downtime, and aftercarePartner with surgeons for appropriate referrals when surgical care is indicatedBuild long-term patient relationships through follow-up and evolving care plansClinical Safety & Complication ManagementMaintain deep expertise in facial and vascular anatomyRecognize and manage complications (vascular occlusion, hypersensitivity, etc.)Ensure emergency protocols and supplies (e.g., hyaluronidase) are readily availableDocument all complications same day and escalate to Medical Director within 24 hoursParticipate in clinical safety reviews and quality improvement initiativesMaintain active BLS/CPR certificationPatient ExperienceCreate a warm, professional, and reassuring treatment environmentFollow up with patients within 48 hours post-treatmentAddress concerns with transparency and ownershipDrive patient retention through outcomes and relationship-buildingDocumentation, Protocols & ComplianceComplete all charting in Nextech EMR same dayObtain and document informed consent for all treatmentsAdhere strictly to Aesthetx clinical protocolsMaintain HIPAA compliance across all interactionsKeep all licensure and certifications currentOut of ScopeSurgical proceduresIndependent protocol changes without Medical Director approvalBilling/financial discussions with patientsMarketing content or testimonial use without approvalHR/personnel decisionsReporting & CollaborationReports to: Practice Manager / Medical DirectorWorks closely with: Surgeons, MAs, front desk, and clinical leadershipParticipates in weekly clinical huddles and ongoing performance conversationsQualificationsRequiredActive California license: PA-C, NP (FNP/AGNP), or RN with injector certificationMinimum 3 years of aesthetic injector experience (required)Demonstrated expertise in neurotoxins and dermal fillersStrong knowledge of facial anatomy and complication managementCurrent BLS/CPR certificationExperience with Nextech or similar EMRStrong patient relationship and communication skillsPreferred5+ years in a high-volume aesthetic or surgical practiceAdvanced anatomy training or cadaver coursesExperience with Sculptra, Radiesse, PRF/PRP, KybellaExposure to laser/energy-based devicesProven patient retention and rebooking successExperience working alongside plastic surgeonsSpanish-speaking a plusWhat You’ll GetBenefitsGenerous PTO + 8 paid holidaysMedical, dental, vision — 100% employer-paid (individual)401(k) with employer matchFSA & HSA optionsLife insurance (company-paid)Short & long-term disabilityLegal planPerksOngoing aesthetic training & continuing educationAccess to advanced product and technique workshopsComplimentary & discounted treatments*Work alongside top-tier surgeons and clinical leadersDaily stocked kitchen + coffee + snacksTeam events, lunches, and a strong culture
