If you have superior customer service & like to drive, we'd love to hear from you! A normal day on the job can consist of various deliveries, it's like Uber Eats or Door Dash, but with alcohol! Upon arriving at the customer's location, drivers are responsible for checking their ID while giving our loyal customers the best interaction possible. Our dedicated drivers receive an hourly rate, keep all their tips, & mileage reimbursement. If deliveries ever slow down, our driver's work in tandem with our in-store team providing guests with superior customer service.Essential Responsibilities:Practice Responsible alcohol delivery service standards as set forth by state law, regarding ID verification as well as any specific Delivery System ID Technology required.Thoroughly review orders before and after each delivery to ensure orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers in a safe, timely mannerFollow all transportation and parking lawsAbility to operate our Delivery System via office computerStrong commitment to provide customers with an excellent experienceProvide excellent customer service, answer questions and handle complaints from customers.Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.Prepare mileage & tip reports relating to deliveries.RequirementsEligibility Requirements:Must be 21 years of age or olderValid Driver's LicenseAcceptable Driving Record via MVR ran by TWG BRL, LLC's Liability Insurance Company to be added to the insurance umbrella as a means for supplemental insurance.Ability to provide current driver's insuranceAbility to maintain an Indiana State Employee Liquor PermitAbility to maintain an Indiana State Approved Server Training CertificationPhysical Requirements:Regularly needed to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry and walk about the storeAbility to move less than 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally, using a dolly when needed to ensure safetyMust be able to perform duties without continuous supervisionTravel:Frequent travel is expected for this positionEligible Employee Benefits:Competitive wages paid bi-weeklyQuality, comprehensive paid trainingStore-to-Store Travel Mileage Reimbursement401k with company percentage matchAccess to HSAPaid vacation, holidays, and sick leaveBenefits package including medical, dental, vision, & life insurance
